Counselling: Face to Face
I offer 50 minute weekly therapy sessions. These are held in my cosy and warm therapy room in Brinkworth, a village on the outskirts of Swindon.
Counselling: Online or Telephone
I offer 50 minute weekly therapy sessions either online or via telephone. You will need a private space where you can talk freely with no interruptions.
Short term or longer term therapy?
Your therapy journey is tailored to meet your needs. The number of therapy sessions that is required varies and is personal to you. I work both short term (usually 8-10 sessions) and longer term (usually 20-40 plus sessions) depending on what is required. We will review periodically as we go.
Therapy is the foundation for personal development and growth. Here are just a few examples of things that have changed for my past clients:

I take a personalised and empathetic approach to understand the unique needs of each individual. I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your concerns and work towards positive changes in your life.

If you feel we may be able to work together, please email, call or message me. If I do not answer the call, please leave a voice message and I will call you back. I aim to respond within 48 hours.
We can then schedule a free 15 minute exploratory telephone session. This is a call for you to share a little about yourself, ask any questions and for both of us to explore if we are a good fit.

If we agree to work together then we will schedule your first session. In this session I will do an assessment with you, where I will ask you some questions and look at your needs within the therapy process.
